The website. This site presents Numina Jets services and lets you send requests to our desk. Content, prices and availability are indicative and may change without notice.

Quotes & missions. A quote request, mission brief or contact submission is an invitation for our desk to respond — it does not create a booking. A flight is confirmed only when Numina confirms it to you in writing, together with the applicable charter terms for that mission. Flights are performed by licensed air carriers.

Empty legs. Empty-leg opportunities depend on the original mission that positions the aircraft. A hold request places the opportunity on stand-by while the desk contacts you; it does not guarantee the flight, its schedule or its price until confirmed in writing. Empty legs may be modified or withdrawn if the underlying flight changes.

Numina Account & Golds. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information in your account. Golds are a discretionary loyalty benefit: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and the programme's rules may evolve. Balances are maintained by the Numina desk.

Acceptable use. Do not submit false requests, attempt to access other clients' data, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

Liability. We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Numina Jets is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of indicative content before a written confirmation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including with respect to carriage by air governed by the applicable international conventions.

Deposits & payments. Missions are settled by bank transfer to the account stated in the written confirmation; no card payment is taken through this site. Where the desk requests a deposit to secure an empty-leg hold, it is paid by bank transfer and confirms your intent while the desk finalises the flight; if the flight cannot be confirmed by Numina, the deposit is refunded in full. The precise financial terms of each mission are set out in its written confirmation.

Concierge assistant. The site's automated assistant provides general information only. Nothing it writes constitutes an offer, a price or a confirmation; only written confirmations from the Numina desk are binding.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the operating entity's place of registration, identified in the legal notice. Before any formal proceedings, we invite you to contact the desk so that the matter can be resolved amicably.

Intellectual property. The Numina Jets name, marks, texts and visuals on this site may not be reproduced without written permission.
